I am a huge fan of Weber grills and accessories but am in no way associated with the Weber-Stephens Company.
This Website makes NO representations on behalf of the Weber-Stephens Company.
This site was built to help you have fun.
I can’t describe the pleasure I get from roasting meats on my Weber rotisserie. There is a pleasure associated with roasting big hunks of meat and that is compounded when the roast is spinning on a rotisserie. This site is designed to give you ideas on what you can do with a rotisserie as well as helping you choose the right rotisserie to fit your Weber grill (it’s actually a bit trickier than it should be).
A little background on me and my Weber rotisserie…..
I had my Weber kettle rotisserie for years and hardly ever used the thing. I bought the rotisserie because it just seemed cool as hell to have one. Once I got it though, I really wasn’t sure what to do with the thing. I knew I could do rotisserie chickens but that didn’t get me too excited. There are about 20 other ways of cooking a chicken on a Weber grill and setting up the rotisserie just seemed like a hassle.
The one time I was excited to use the Weber rotisserie was Thanksgiving. Roasting the turkey on the rotisserie was produced an excellent tasting bird, freed up precious oven space and was a TON of fun.
The fun part was what really got its hooks into me. I freaking love to use my Weber grills and using the rotisserie took the entertainment value to a whole new level.
I challenged myself to figure out a bunch of different things I could do with my Weber rotisserie other than chicken. How many ways could I have fun with this toy? I figured while I was doing the project I might as well document what I was doing so other folks could play along.
Disclosure: If you decide to purchase a Weber rotisserie through one of the Amazon links on this site I will make a few bucks and I thank you in advance. It isn’t much money but is enough to pay for web hosting, etc and keep this website going.
I run multiple websites about a bunch of different Weber grills and Weber products. My most recent project is designed to be the ultimate resource for people looking for the correct Weber grill parts. I hope you find this site and the grill parts sites to be extremely useful resources!
