Because You Love to Grill!
A rotisserie is one of the best grill accessories that you can own. A rotisserie transforms an ordinary grilling session into a social event.
How could anybody not love meat that has been skewered on a spit and slowly roasted on a grill? More importantly, how could you not love watching it spin on your Weber rotisserie!
This site is the resource guide to get you started with your rotisserie grilling adventures!
Weber Rotisserie Recipes
Already have a rotisserie? Cool! Here is a great collection of Weber rotisserie recipes!
Weber Rotisserie Choices for Gas Grills
There are many models of Weber grills and they do not all accept the same rotisserie. The rotisseries that do fit the Genesis grills do not fit the Spirits, etc. Buying the right rotisserie can be confusing so I spent several hours sorting through the details for you. Check out this post about Weber Genesis rotisserie selection that also helps with the Spirit grills.
Rotisserie Choices for Your Weber Kettles
There are two rotisserie choices for the Weber 22.5 inch kettles and both a very nice. You can also buy a rotisserie for the 26.75 inch kettle. I have also had fun using the rotisserie ring for my 22.5 inch kettle with my 18.5 inch Weber Jumbo Joe. However this only works because of how low the Jumbo sits on the ground. My approach would not work with the Weber 18.5 OTS or OTG. Here is everything you need to know when getting a Weber kettle rotisserie!
Whether your rotisserie is on a gas grill or a Weber kettle then one piece of grill bling you need to examine is the Rib-O-Lator. This is the add-on that lets you use your rotisserie for wings, burgers or vegetables. It is my personal opinion that using a Rib-O-Lator is the ONLY way to grill ribs on your Weber gasser.
